 MiSGMP Mission:

 The Michigan Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (MiSGMP) is dedicated to improving the knowledge and expertise of individuals in the planning and management of government meetings through education, training, industry relationships and mutual support.

 SGMP Mission:
Our mission is to enhance and promote the expertise of government meeting professionals. Our objectives are to improve the quality of, and promote the cost-effectiveness of, government meetings. SGMP was founded in 1981 and is the only national organization in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to government meetings. We deliver our membership value of education, resources and networking to 2,500 members and nearly 30 chapters.
